🌴 Miramar Beach to Destin | Three Days After Hurricane Isaias

What a difference a few days can make. We're incredibly grateful that our stretch of the Emerald Coast was spared the worst of Hurricane Isaias, with relatively minimal damage throughout much of the area.

We wanted to share this aerial look at many of the familiar buildings and communities along Scenic Gulf Drive (Old Highway 98), traveling east to west from Miramar Beach into Destin, just three days after the storm.

For the guests looking forward to returning, the homeowners wondering about their properties, and everyone who holds a special place in their heart for these beaches, we hope these images bring some welcome reassurance.

☀️ The sun is shining, and we have some good news to share from the Emerald Coast!

Following Hurricane Isaias, we're incredibly grateful that Destin, Miramar Beach, Scenic 30A, and Panama City Beach were largely spared from severe impacts.

Our team has now completed storm damage inspections at all of our vacation properties, with only isolated issues identified. Power has been restored to nearly all properties, and we're making great progress getting everything back to normal.

🏖️ Have an upcoming vacation? We're looking forward to welcoming you! Our team continues supporting guests currently staying with us and preparing for new arrivals. If you're arriving this week, we'll contact you directly should any issues affect your stay.

For those visiting later this month or beyond, we fully anticipate the vast majority of vacations will proceed as planned.

There’s a point every fall when Destin seems to exhale. 🍂🌊
