Some of you may have heard that the Board of Directors recently approved the purchase of PAY HOA and may be wondering....what is heck is it?

For now, it is the replacement of QuickBooks for our Accounting systems used by Corporate and Activities, which was old and is no longer supported. A trial of different HOA software systems was done earlier this year, the Board and IT found that Pay HOA fits the needs of the accounting systems and has capacity for expansion with streamlining other areas in the future: Properties, Activities, Maintenance, Corporate emails to name just a few.

In order to activate future bells and whistles of this software and to assist us now, what we need from you during this transition process is:

If we do not have an email on file for you, we need at least one email per household. (1 for each household member is ideal though).

We need at least one phone number for each household. Again, ideal to have 1 for every household member.

We are excited about the implementation of this new software, and we hope you will see this as a positive move for the future of Aladdin Villas.

The AVison Committee is encouraging each resident to fill out a survey. The purpose of the survey is to understand our neighborhood demographics and determine interest in the proposed community strategic planning process. This is voluntary. If you have not completed the survey yet and would like to be a part of the community's first step for developing our AV-Vision plan, do one of the following:
Stop by the business office during office hours to pick up a survey;
Contact any committee member (Alisa Dahl, Marty Pfieffer, Jackie Maynard, Marshalls Wagner, Maggie Leach, or Lorilyn Schultes);
Send us an email at [email protected]; or
Complete one at the next Residents Meeting on April 3.
Completed surveys may be turned into the business office or given to a committee members by April 7, 2025

A HUGE Thank You to all the AV VOLUNTEERS who are helping in any way to bring the Aladdin Villas Playhouse presentation of "Viagara Falls and the 70 year Old Virgin" to full production. The actors made a commitment and are "sticking to it!"
It really is a work of love for Aladdin Villas. We hope to make the attendees giggle more than once!!

2 of the top RGV DANCE band performers will be coming to Aladdin Villas on Monday, March 10th from 7-9 p.m. in our beautiful Aladdin Villas Ballroom to perform a SHOW with DANCING behind the seated audience.
This is a rare event with the 2 agreeing to perform together, though they seldomly perform together.
Ron Moshier who sings, plays the guitar, accordion and other instruments along with Steven May, who is also an extremely accomplished musician and singer will be performing.
Between the two performers, they have received multiple performing awards including Entertainer of the Year, Best Band and on and on.
They play a wide range of music from country to rock and you may even hear a song by the Village People.
The cost for this Dynamic Duo show is only $10
Please come early for the best seating. The area behind the seated audience should be used for our dancers.

The Saint Patricks Day non-parade GOLF CART RALLY will line up on the East side of AV, travel thru AV and end at WEST SIDE BALLROOM for snacks(you bring) and the infamous GREEN BEER. Donations will be accepted for next year's GREEN BEER. This year is a re-cap of the past years events. Jeane Nelson is looking for some suggestions and ideas for next year's St Patty celebration. Mrs Nelson is in the New Green Resident Directory.
