Some of you may have heard that the Board of Directors recently approved the purchase of PAY HOA and may be wondering....what is heck is it?
For now, it is the replacement of QuickBooks for our Accounting systems used by Corporate and Activities, which was old and is no longer supported. A trial of different HOA software systems was done earlier this year, the Board and IT found that Pay HOA fits the needs of the accounting systems and has capacity for expansion with streamlining other areas in the future: Properties, Activities, Maintenance, Corporate emails to name just a few.
In order to activate future bells and whistles of this software and to assist us now, what we need from you during this transition process is:
If we do not have an email on file for you, we need at least one email per household. (1 for each household member is ideal though).
We need at least one phone number for each household. Again, ideal to have 1 for every household member.
