One of the best analogies I like to use when talking to clients about having a proactive roof maintenance program is equating it to going to the dentist for a yearly or bi-yearly checkup. Yes it does cost money, but the cost of a cleaning and routine checkup are nothing compared to a root canal, dentures, or worse.

A little winter roofing project we just finished in Santa Rosa. 80-mil GAF TPO.
Was freezing cold and wet the entire time, the last day we had ice all over the roof. Lots of challenges but customer is super pleased. This was a time crunch for him and the roof had to be complete before he could take possession of his new building. Normally we do a project like this in spring but turned out well.

We’re in the process of replacing dozens of old, dirty, dingy, leaky fiberglass skylights on a couple of commercial warehouses. The workers could barely see their hands in front of their face on a sunny day. With the new polycarbonate lenses this owner will now save a ton by not having to have lights on in the warehouse, worker safety will increase due to enhanced lighting as well as taking care of all the dozens and dozens of leaks associated with the skylights. Next year, full roof restoration with the Astec RE-ply System.

Getting ready to throw down some single ply on this bad boy. Biggest roof of the season so far. 70,000 sq ft . This company had lots of dry rot around all the skylights and turbine vents. A lack of a true roof maintenance program made this project a lot costlier than it probably should have been. Maintaining your roof can save you lots of money down the road.

We were measuring one of this facilities roofs for a re-roof this spring and I caught a glimpse of damage from around a football field away. I love getting hand written notes like this to our mailbox. This particular owner owns well over 100 million in commercial property and took the time to hand write us a thank you letter after we worked on three of his roofs this fall. Lets us know we’re doing the right things with our company. Our core values of treating our customers right and the way they deserve to be treated is definitely showing . Starting with the office at intake all the way to my first interaction with the client to the guys being on the roof doing the work to the final bill. All about the customer service. Can’t wait to see what 2021 holds for us.

Really cool project we did this fall. It’s a custom storage barn, hangout space in Sonoma with Corten roofing panels under insulated panels. Corten is designed to rust on top to give a weathered look. Can’t wait to see this roof in another month. We also did their house up on the hill last yr with 80 mil pvc single ply.
