Late post: This closing was so special and dear to my heart. My friend of 20+ years and Cali finest came to me and said “ I want a house and how do I get it”. She was rejected by a loan company and we came up with a plan. When I tell you she literally did everything that we told her. She never gave up. Not only is she a new homeowner but she is an owner of a 2 unit building. When one door close there is always 2 waiting to open.
