For those that asked for more details on this center console boat
Here's what I got.
Age unknown However in great shape.
18ft. Has trolling motor.
Engine was Installed approx 18 months ago and has ran like a champ. Less than 40 hrs on engine. Has a trailer but it needs a couple of loading/ runner boards replaced. Galvanized trailer.

When we say that you really should consider using a professional realtor when buying or building or selling a property, just know a good one will know the pitfalls and issues and processes to keep these types of things from happening. They can only help if your willing to listen and work with them so you don't end up with issues like this one. This was shared by one of my local septic professionals. We all use a team of people, it's really not just running an ad and collecting commissions.

Lesson of the day!!!

Make sure you do everything legit through your county before building. Just had a guy loose everything he owns because the septic wasn’t permitted and would not perk after testing, yet decided to build himself without permits.
