This one deserves a FINALLY. 😂🍾

Under contract since the beginning of MAY and somehow, we managed to fit an entire season of drama into one transaction. Financing issues, closing delays, switching title companies mid-deal… you name it, this one probably threw it at us. 😅

But today, 13009 Leisure Cove is FINALLY closing! 🙌🏼🏡

Some deals are smooth. Some deals test every ounce of patience you have and make you work for that closing table. 😂 But we kept pushing, kept problem-solving, and most importantly, kept this deal together for my seller.
