59 Ellington Street in East Orange is officially LEASED, and whew—the rental market is NOT what it used to be!

Renters have OPTIONS. Luxury buildings, amenities, move-in specials… the competition is real. So landlords, your property has to SHOW WELL, be priced right, and sometimes you’ve got to be a little open-minded about those reasonable requests. 👀

This one took patience, persistence, and some good old-fashioned agent teamwork—but WE GOT IT DONE! 🙌🏾

🎥 Keeping It Real in Real Estate...
Because not every week ends with a closing photo.

Here’s what really happened this week:
❌ A listing expired.
❌ A client decided to terminate a deal during attorney review.
❌ An inspection negotiation didn’t go the way my client deserved, and now we’re working through the next steps.
😂 I showed up to my open house... only to realize I forgot my directional signs! After calling THREE fellow agents, one of them came to the rescue. (Real estate friends are the real MVPs. 🙌🏽)

Some weeks you’re celebrating.
Some weeks you’re negotiating.
Some weeks you’re pivoting.

And some weeks... you’re laughing at yourself while figuring it all out.
