Fees:
$50 for Individuals, Schools, Churches & Non-profits
$75 for Commercial vendors without electricity
$100 for Commercial vendors with electricity
* If you need more than one booth space, you must register twice.
BOOTH SIZE IS 12’ x 12’
Rules/Requirements:
• Vendor booth set up: Friday, December 6th, no earlier than
2:00 PM. Saturday, December 7th arrive no earlier than 6:00 AM.
• Vendors must be in the park and set up with their vehicle removed from park premises no later than 8:30 AM.
• Vendors must be present until 4:00 PM when the festival ends and crowds have dissipated for the safety of the public.
• All food vendors must meet Health Department Requirements.
• Vendors are responsible for reporting and paying all sales taxes that are due and required.
• All means of display must be provided by the exhibitor (tables, chairs, heavy-duty electrical cords, etc.). A tent or cover should be brought in case of rain or extreme cold, this is a rain-or-shine event.
• We encourage you to use our electricity. We provide 50, 30, and 20-amp service. If you require a generator, it must be a quiet generator under 60 dB for your electrical needs.
