Roommate needed. I’m trying to help a tenant who rents from me. I have known her for more seven years and she is on a limited income. She is 67, African-American, good personality and good sense of humor…!!! She doesn’t have any pets. She would like to find a lady around 45 or older to help share expenses with her. You would pay a set amount of $450 per month, and this would include all utilities. You would contact me because she doesn’t use a computer and I am helping her to find a good person who might be on a limited income as well.  You would not have to sign a lease.
