Getting this Edmond listing market-ready this week.

A lot of times it’s not the huge remodels that make the difference, it’s cleaning up all the little stuff buyers notice the second they walk in.

We’re knocking out:
• Full prep & paint on trim, cabinets & doors
• Concrete/slab prep and fresh paint
• New brushed nickel door k***s, cabinet hardware & hinges
• Replacing GFCI outlets where needed
• Drywall repairs with fresh paint touch-ups
• Painting the exterior double doors & garage door black
• New blinds throughout
• New brushed nickel dining room chandelier
• Front bush removal with fresh mulch
• Shed & basketball goal tear-down and haul-off

Just tightening everything up and bringing the house back to life before it hits the market. Keeping costs low for our seller to maximize value.

Another monster reno wrapped up in Edmond!

This 2-story house actually has 2 stories again now. Somebody’s pee-paw (🤪) put his own touch on a few things over the years, so we spent a lot of time undoing DIY “improvements” and getting everything back right.

Here’s what we knocked out on this one:

* Full interior paint
* Several interior & exterior doors replaced
* Full retaining wall rebuild
* New light fixtures
* New hot water heater (permit pulled)
* New breaker panel (permit pulled)
* New shower valves
* New smoke detectors
* New door k***s keyed to match
* New faucets & plumbing updates throughout
*New carpet in master bedroom

These are the kinds of projects we love, taking a house that’s been pieced together over the years and making it clean, solid, and move-in ready again.

Not going to lie, this big renovation in Harrah took longer than expected, but it came out really great! It got a little bit of everything and is now ready to ride off into the rental income sunset ☀️ 🐎 🏡 . On to the next one 💪 😎
