Camden County Weekly Market Update: Stability is the Key!

After a very busy end to April, the Camden County real estate market found a steady rhythm last week (May 4–10, 2026). Here is a simple breakdown of what happened and how it compares to the previous week (April 27 – May 3):
✨ Steady Inventory for Buyers The number of homes available for sale stayed almost exactly the same. There were 222 ACTIVE listings (including those coming soon) compared to 220 the week before
🤝 The Market Pipeline is Holding Firm The number of homes currently PENDING or under contract remained solid at 109 properties, nearly identical to the 110 from the previous week
📉 A "Cool Down" in Final Sales, we saw a significant dip in homes crossing the finish line. There were 66 CLOSED sales this week, which is a 44.5% decrease from the massive burst of 119 sales we saw at the end of April
💰 Pricing & Value The Median Sold Price for the county settled at $371,500, which is about 5.95% lower than the previous week’s median of $395,000
⏱️ Lightning Fast Speed One thing hasn't changed: speed! The median time it takes to find a buyer is still just 7 days If you see a home you like, please act within one week.
