⚠️ Severe Weather Alert for Our Community ⚠️

Residents, please be aware that severe weather is expected to move through our area late this morning, with the strongest part of the storm currently forecasted between 10:00–11:00 AM. Weather reports indicate the potential for wind gusts up to 80 mph, hail, heavy thunderstorms, and possible isolated tornado activity across the Richmond to Virginia Beach corridor.

For everyone’s safety, we ask that residents please take a few precautions:

• Bring in or secure any loose items on balconies, patios, or decks (furniture, grills, décor, etc.)
• Use caution if traveling during the storm window
• Report any power outages directly to Dominion Energy
• Notify the leasing office of any property damage or emergency maintenance concerns once conditions are safe

Our team will be monitoring the situation and responding to any urgent issues as soon as it is safe to do so.

Please stay weather-aware and take the necessary precautions to keep yourself and your neighbors safe. 🌩️
