Love Local February with my favorite favorite yoga studio!

Morgan Hill Yoga Collective in Morgan Hill, CA

A community focused, welcoming yoga studio in central Morgan Hill. Offering a mix of pilates and different styles of yoga classes (Hot26, Yin, varying levels of Vinyasa and Flow) in a clean studio that transforms to the style of each teacher. Colorful lights and upbeat music, natural light and clear instruction, or some in between it all.
There is something for everyone but all of the teachers I have met are the most genuine and supportive, knowledgeable instructors I have come across. The other students are always kind and lean into the community. One of my favorite places in Morgan Hill, that always leaves me feeling transformed after a class.

Apothecary Vintage in Gilroy, CA

Opened in April of 2025, I finally got around to visiting this new and hip thrifting and vintage spot, which if you know me I love my thrifting. Upon stepping in, I knew it was somewhere special. Not only do they have a wide variety of different styles and sourced decades but it is very reasonably priced and the staff are all so sweet and helpful. I lost track of the time I spent looking through everything but enjoyed every minute. They have events every so often (this Friday 2/13, they have their vendor pop up, 12 pm- late) which foster a sense of community and connection for likeminded people in our small town. A must check out!

June stats for the Santa Clara county real estate market are here 🧐

While some people may not enjoy the cut and dryness of statistics, it’s important to stay up to date on the market and the best way to do that is to look at the numbers. Especially as a current or future buyer or seller, knowing the numbers give you the power to identify opportunities, set realistic expectations and have more negotiation power.
