These apartments feature 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one level, an open kitchen and living room, all kitchen appliances, gas fireplaces, covered parking and patios, security lighting, and individual generators

. In addition, 3 separate thermostats and units in each bedroom and living area allow for different temperature settings throughout the apartment. Heating and air is circulated through only one apartment, not throughout the different apartments in the building. While these individual apartments have no COVID restrictions, this feature does provide an added safeguard in light of coronavirus concerns, spread, and prevention.
