🚗 NEW PARKING PASSES ARE HERE! 💗

Today, August 17, we’re officially handing out parking passes for the 2026–2027 lease term! 🎟️

Returning residents, stop by the office during normal business hours between August 17–24 to pick up your new parking pass. All parking passes from the previous lease term must be switched out for the new 2026–2027 passes.

📅 Pick up your new pass: August 17–24
🚨 Towing enforcement resumes: August 25

Just moved in? 🏡 Your official 2026–2027 lease-term parking pass was provided at move-in! Please make sure it is clearly and properly displayed from your rearview mirror at all times.

And one more reminder: please make sure your guests are parking only in the designated Guest Parking lots on property. Guest vehicles parked outside of designated Guest Parking areas are subject to towing.

Don’t wait until the last minute! Get your new pass and make sure you’re parking in the right spot! 💕
