Tall Pines Water has been notified that APS may be shutting off power due to high winds and fire risk on Wednesday April 22, which should not affect water, as we do have a back up generator. Also, there should be water bottles available at the Fire Station if needed.

Clarification on Water Restrictions: No lawn or grass watering and No washing vehicles. For trees, plants and garden beds, water at night or very early morning. Tall Pines water is not to leave Tall Pines, which means no RV fill ups or water storage tank fill ups for any non-residents. We rely on ground water, our wells are shallow, and the water comes from snow melt and rainwater, not aquifer water. We had a mild winter with very little snow to replenish our water. Hopefully we will get a good monsoon season this summer and restrictions can be lifted, but for now we all need to conserve our water.

Tall Pines Estates Water has put water restrictions in place as of May 10, 2025. We had a very dry winter with little snow and need to conserve water in order to maintain water levels in our wells to get through this summer. Please do not water outdoors during the day when evaporation is at the highest. Please rake and clean up your yards to reduce fuels that can burn around your homes. We all need to be very cautious as we enter this upcoming fire season. As always, if you have any questions or concerns you can email our water board at [email protected].

As of Tuesday, 8/20/24, all water re- tests show no bacteria present in Tall Pines Water. It is safe for residents to drink. Emails have been sent out to everyone on our email list. If you would like to add your email address to the list just drop us an email at:

As of 8/16/24 Tall Pines Water is under a Boil Water order for drinking due to routine water testing positive for Ecoli. We will be providing updates as they become available.

If you received a letter about CC&R’s and it was not signed-it DID NOT COME FROM TALL PINES ESTATES WATER AND IMPROVEMENTS ASSN. It was sent by a homeowner who is choosing to remain anonymous and has no official bearing.
