A Bristol Highlight. Saturday night we stopped by IFFY Chicken I missed their Grand Opening, so I was glad we finally got a chance to check them out. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner and son. I liked the artwork throughout the restaurant and neon lights. It gives the place a fun unique vibe. We ordered 3 different flavor of wings, lemon pepper, Honey BBQ, and regular buffalo along with coleslaw and fries. Drink-Peach Iced tea. And of course we had to try dessert. Strawberry cheesecake and a slice of carrot cake. Overall everything was pretty good. I'm glad we stopped by and supported a local business.

It's Fabulous Fantastic Friday.

Congratulations to My Sellers on Their Next Chapter! 🎉🔑
I am so happy for my sellers as they successfully sold their home and are now able to purchase a home in their desired area! ❤️
The journey was definitely a roller coaster ride all the way to the very end! Finding the right home that didn’t require a lot of work and was close to their church was quite challenging. But with patience, perseverance, and understanding each step of the buying and selling process, we made it happen!
Selling one home while purchasing another requires a lot of coordination, preparation, and understanding of the necessary steps to get to the closing table. I’m grateful that I was able to guide my sellers through the process and help make their next move possible.
And a special CONGRATULATIONS to the buyer on becoming a First-Time Homebuyer! 🏠🔑🎉 It was so nice meeting her and her mom. Wishing her many wonderful memories and blessings in her new home!
Congratulations to everyone involved. It truly took everyone working together to make it happen, and I appreciate each person who played a part in getting us to the finish line, for their hard work, dedication, extreme patience and teamwork in helping us get through this transaction successfully.
