A Throwback Motivational, Inspirational and Wellness Wednesday. I am still continuing my fitness journey. Losing 14 pounds and maintaining it is real progress. My doctor was very proud of my consistency and discipline. Sustainable fitness is not about perfection. A healthy diet,, regular exercise, allow an occasional cheat meal and getting back on track without quitting creates long-term success. Having knowledgeable trainers who helps you train safely can make a huge difference and that push we desperately need sometimes. A shoutout to Tim Witherspoon Jr Boxing and Fitness, Master Elite Trainer Omar Clarke and Dishawn Stowe.

A Bristol Highlight. We have construction being done in the Green Lawn Park area. 3 new homes being built. Price starting around $500k. Always the market dictate the price.
Gordon's Garage is no longer there. Hopefully he will be back. Plymouth Ave and Ellwood Ave.

A Throwback event that I attended, located a YWCA Bucks County Panel Discussion-Voting Rights and LWV League of Woman Voters. All 5 Panelists gave and provided a wealth of information. To get more involved. Become a Poll worker. Volunteer at the Polls. Write to your State Rep., Commissioners, Senator and Council. Attend School, Council and Planning Meetings to keep you informed in your municipality.
Primary Election is when Democracy happens.
Remember Elections are Every 6 months. Get out to the Polls on May 19th 2026.
