With my listings, you do not feel “housefished”! This is the new label for essentially catfishing in Real Estate. With all the tools out there, including AI you can make a house look bigger brighter and better but when people walk through the door and reality doesn’t match, you’re caught. Our pictures are professional, but they will not look misrepresented. We have ethics that we live by and we want to present a true picture in our advertising and marketing not wasting a Buyers or Sellers’s time with enhanced pictures where it does not look like what they’re seeing when they walk through the door.

Some Questions for your loan officer that every homebuyer should ask:
-what monthly payment fits my budget
-how much cash should I expect to bring to closing?
-what loan options fit my situation
-are there any down payment assistance programs available?
-should I consider buying discount points or ask the seller to?
-what does my monthly payment include?
-what parts of my payment can go up every year
-what other homeownership cost should I also budget for

A home purchase involves more than finding the right home. It also means that you need to understand the important steps that help protect you along the way knowing what you expect can make this journey feel a lot less intimidating.

As a homebuyer questions that you should ask your realtor about any home you want to see:
1. How long has House been on the market?
2. Has there been any price reductions?
3. What would make my offer more competitive?
4. What improvements happen to the cell?
5. Are there any known issues with this home?
6. If there’s an HOA, what are the deed restrictions?
7. What stays in this home?
8. What should I expect during the negotiations for this?
9. What other expenses would I have with this house?
10. What are the comps for this home?
These questions should lead to conversations not a few word answers. There are other questions that should be asked following up on the original questions.
