I'll be hanging out with my youngest daughter, who turns 27 on Tuesday 🤯 (and seriously... HOW?! I'm clearly not old enough for that! 😂), and my sweet grandbaby Hazie 🩷. We're grabbing some lunch 🍗🍋🥤 and who knows what other shenanigans we'll get into! 🎉☀️

🚧🐢 Temporary programming note from your favorite neighborhood realtor... 🏡✨

For those wondering where Touring Tuesday and Show Me Saturday disappeared to… old lady shenanigans have officially sidelined me. 😅

No clue what I did to my calf, but what started as one smallish spot of severe pain has now turned into my entire lower left leg throwing a full-on tantrum. Pain, swelling, all the drama. 🙄🦵💥

So for now, I’m under strict orders to do as little walking as possible—which if you know me at all, you know sitting still is NOT my thing at all. 😂

MRI is scheduled for Monday night, and I’m hoping it gives the docs the answers they need so we can get this healing train moving, because I am officially over this game. 🚂💨

Until then, I’m still here just with a little less walking and a lot more stubbornness. 😉

Hopefully Touring Tuesday and Show Me Saturday will be back before I lose my mind from sitting still. 🤪💛

If you price it right, it’ll move. 📈🔑

A good Realtor’s job isn’t to sell you a dream—it’s to give you the real picture of the market, your home, and what it will most likely sell for. 💯

Pricing your home $50k-$100k too high might sound nice… until it sits, you get frustrated, and I start looking bad 😂🙈

You’re the customer, absolutely—but I’m here to protect your best interests, not just tell you what sounds good. Honest guidance > false hope every single time. 🤝🏠

Trust the process. Trust the data. Trust your Realtor. ✨
