Today's closing was a SPECIAL one.

To think, I would've never met this sweet family if I hadn't sold my Tahoe... that neither of us ended up wanting 😂

We found the perfect home in the perfect location, below asking price, closing costs covered, and walked into instant equity thanks to the appraisal.

The fun didn’t stop at closing! We stopped by the animal shelter so they could help me pick a pup to sponsor… and ended up adopting that same puppy! 🐾
