I’m so thankful to have a career I don’t feel like I have to step away from when life grows. Instead, I just get to do it with my newest little sidekick.

It also helps having clients who are just as excited to have him tag along as I am. That kind of support doesn’t go unnoticed 🤍

I sponsor adoptions at Mt. Juliet Animal Care & Control and almost forgot to share my favorite sponsorship/adoption story so far! 🤭

My clients walked next door after closing to Mt. Juliet Animal Control to pick out a shelter dog for me to sponsor... and instead, they found their own newest family member.

The best part? She was the runt of the litter and wasn't even supposed to be out for viewing because her puppy siblings had been picking on her. But the kids spotted her through the fence, and from that moment on, it was meant to be.

That makes two who found the perfect place to call home 🏡🐾 THANK YOU JORDAN FAMILY!

Remember when I joked I'd probably be writing up an offer in the delivery room? Turns out... I wasn't too far off 😅

SO thankful for two incredible families who went under contract in Lebanon and Goodlettsville! And for the agents and sellers who showed so much grace while I was literally having a baby. Real estate is always smoother when everyone is working toward the same goal 🏡

Realtor POV: you’re timing contractions and negotiating repairs in the same breath… 🏡🤰🏼

I gave birth 3 hours later and in fact did get back with the agent by the end of the day. Turns out I really can negotiate under pressure.
