This beautiful young couple closed on their first home TODAY! I'm so proud of how well they positioned themselves in their offer and throughout the various negotiations needed to get to the closing table. Congrats to Maguire and Ashlynn!!!

An appraisal is taking place this morning at another listing under contract and I communicated well with him giving him all the important upgrades to the home and sales I used in pricing the home.
