Royanna Thomas brings an exceptional blend of leadership, service, and real estate expertise to every client relationship. A licensed Broker with a proven track record of success, Royanna has built her career on integrity, a tireless work ethic, and an unwavering commitment to helping others achieve their real estate goals. Originally from Franklin, Pennsylvania, just north of Pittsburgh, Royanna
enlisted in the United States Navy at just 18 years old, where she served as a Surgical Technologist. Her first and only duty station took her to Rota, Spain, where she lived for five years. During her time overseas, she embraced every opportunity to travel, exploring more than 28 countries and developing her deep appreciation for other cultures. Following her military service, Royanna and her family settled in Minot, North Dakota, where she launched her real estate career in 2021. She quickly rose to become the top-producing agent. It wasn't long before she earned her Broker's License, became a partner, and served on the executive committee of her former team. Working closely with the managing broker, she helped oversee more than 30 agents and three full-time staff members while mentoring new agents, recruiting talent, and contributing to the success of one of central North Dakota's top-performing brokerages. Throughout her career, Royanna has successfully closed approximately $40 million in sales across more than 120 transactions. While she developed a strong reputation serving military families and first-time homebuyers, she is especially recognized as a skilled listing agent and tenacious negotiator. Her clients know her for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond from contract to closing. Once a deal is underway, Royanna is fully invested in delivering the best possible outcome for her clients. Today, Royanna proudly calls Middle Tennessee home. She relocated to the Nashville area to be closer to specialized medical care for her daughter through the Team at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt while embracing a new chapter for her family. As a devoted mother of two, her children remain her greatest motivation, and she understands firsthand how important it is to find a home that truly supports a family's lifestyle. Outside of real estate, Royanna is deeply involved with her church, New Tribe in Mount Juliet, where she actively volunteers and serves on outreach initiatives. She and her family also share their home with a Golden Retriever who is currently training to become a service dog for her youngest daughter. On the rare occasion that Royanna isn't serving clients or her children, you'll likely find her hiking Tennessee trails, paddleboarding, walking her dog, staying active through CrossFit, or planning her next adventure. Whether helping first-time buyers, military families, luxury sellers, or anyone navigating a major life transition, Royanna approaches every transaction with honesty, determination, and a client-first mindset. Her diverse background, leadership experience, and genuine passion for helping others make her a trusted advocate for buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee.
