July's numbers show that Wayne and Duplin Counties aren't following the exact same trends 👀

Home prices stayed steady, sales and new listings were down, and homes are taking a little longer to sell.

✨Duplin County✨
Sales were up significantly, average prices increased, but there were fewer new listings and homes are staying on the market much longer than they were a year ago.

The due diligence fee and earnest money deposit often get confused, but they serve two different purposes.
