Let me tell you a little bit about myself …

I graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1995 and practiced corporate and civil litigation for almost 6 years. I then started my own residential construction company in CT in 2000 which I quickly grew into a multi-million dollar business. Last year my wife and I decided a change was in order for our family and we decided to move to Charlest

on. With three school-age children to look out for, I spent a considerable amount of time researching the pros and cons of each of the areas that surround Charleston and what they have to offer before choosing Mount Pleasant. I am telling you this because I believe this information illustrates several skills that make me a uniquely qualified asset for you as your realtor. Some of these include:

1) Years of experience utilizing negotiation techniques to get the best deal for my clients

2) Training as a researcher and an estimator, both of which instilled the importance of paying attention to details

3) Knowledge of what to look for when viewing a home as well as what changes can be made and at what cost
