Sometimes clients are referred to me and they've already recieved their pre-approval letter from a big chain, online bank. I can tell you 9 times out of 10 they usually go south quickly! This lender contacted me and said he couldn't fund the loan. I made one quick call to Kyle Dynes, a local lender and BOOM, we closed right on time! It is so important to use a lender and an agent who will answer those late night/weekend texts and calls, keep in constant contact and make the process as smooth as possible.
