The Cooper family has owned and operated the Title Company for 44 years. We have a Title Plant which means we index everything that is recorded in land records each day into our system. That allows us to process and research Baxter County Titles right here in our office. We have the plats, surveys, covenants, restrictions at our fingertips here in the office.
