One standout is the 1935 House Signature sandwich, made with herb-roasted pork, arugula, and a delicious pecorino cream.

The median sale price for single-family homes has decreased to $322,000, a significant drop of $40,450 from last month and down 14.48% year-over-year. This decline could be an opportunity for buyers to enter the market at a more affordable price point. For sellers, it's essential to price competitively to attract potential buyers in this shifting market.

Only 7 homes were sold in August, a decrease of 3 from the previous month and down 36.36% from last year. This reduction in sales volume suggests a more selective buyer pool, emphasizing the importance of strategic marketing and presentation for sellers.

On a positive note, new listings have increased by 133.33% year-over-year, with 7 new homes hitting the market. This influx of inventory provides more options for buyers and could lead to a more balanced market.

This marks their second location in just 18 months since their debut in Merchantville.

The founders, James Haynes and Antonio Delgado, recently announced a hiring event, indicating that the opening is just around the corner.

The new restaurant will take over the former Greens and Grains space, which previously housed The Pierogie Place.

With a beautiful buildout and an existing commercial kitchen, Cheesesteaks is ready to make its mark in Glassboro, which is quickly becoming a cheesesteak hotspot!

Just two weeks ago, Gouldsburger’s opened nearby, adding to the culinary excitement in the area.
