ROOKIE REAL ESTATE...Helping People Find The Road Map To Real Estate Success
In The Spring of 2018, Art Kelly & Paul Murray, two fellow Real Estate Agents at a local Brokerage in Murfreesboro, TN decided that they really wanted to learn how to sell homes and do this business for real. So they started the Rookie Real Estate Podcast, a podcast by Real Estate Agents, for Real Estate Agents.
They discovered, as all Rookie agents do, that being a Rookie has its advantages and it’s disadvantages. But the best advantage of all was that being a Rookie meant that you had to stay humble, open-minded, and willing to learn.
As they interviewed agents, industry professionals, business coaches, and other business people, they learned more and more about how the most successful agents have built their business and made it sustainable. All while building their own businesses, Art and Paul managed to continue to record and produce the podcast, seeking more and more knowledge and wisdom from industry professionals as they went along.
And now, after a year and a half of interviewing over 40 different Real Estate Industry Professionals, Art and Paul have developped a “Road Map” for Rookies which will be coming out later this year (2019).
