Meet Sara!

I just sold her townhome here in Murfreesboro so she can finish building her adorable barndo on her land.

Sara found me in a local Facebook group when she reached out to the community for help getting her home sold after multiple failed attempts. She had exhausted the For Sale by Owner option and tried working with a few other local agents. She would almost get to the finish line and then it would fall apart. As frustrating as that is, she needed someone to get the job done.

Sara and I sat down for a consult and put our game plan together. My partner and I did a beautiful staging job on this home. It was so adorable I could have moved in myself! 🙂 I filmed my live video, had my professional photographer come take photos and more video, and we began the marketing process.

After 21 showings, open houses, over 8,000 online views and over 40 saves, the perfect buyer found this home. We negotiated a stellar price and repairs, and this beauty made it to the closing table.

I couldn't be more excited for Sara to begin finishing her build, and for the new owners beginning a new chapter as well.

It’s a curse and a blessing, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’d say going on vacation is a business strategy at this point!

One of my favorite things about all the growth in Rutherford County is seeing new businesses choose to call our community home. While The Original Rainbow Cone is a locally owned franchise, supporting local owners is what keeps great places like this coming to town.

We stopped by this past Sunday to see what all the buzz was about, and it definitely didn't disappoint!

First up were the mini powdered donuts... and wow. Warm, fresh, and absolutely worth ordering.

Then we sampled a few ice cream flavors:
🍋 Lemon Raspberry Swirl
🎂 Birthday Cake
💙 Superman
🌿 Mint Chocolate
🥜 Butter Pecan

Honestly, every single one was delicious!

They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and it's the perfect spot to end the evening after grabbing dinner next door at Chicago's Original Italian Beef.

Meet Bethany & Libby! 🏡

Some closings are fun. This one was an absolute bundle of fun from our very first consult all the way to the day I handed over the keys.

Bethany and Libby knew exactly what they wanted: one dreamed of a wide-open kitchen for entertaining friends and family, the other just wanted the perfect napping spot 😴 (no judgment). We found them a home with both and everything in between.

They came prepared, finances in order, homework done and ready to make their move into homeownership. That kind of readiness made the whole process smooth, and honestly, a lot of fun.

I can’t wait to watch them enjoy this home for years to come hosting friends, catching naps, and defending the back patio from bugs. 🐛

Bless this dehumidified air unto our bodies, and the hands of the AC techs who maintain it. And Lord, as summer temperatures approach 100+ degrees this week in Murfreesboro, we pray for a divine hedge of protection over these miraculous vessels--unto which we are not worthy. For these conditioners of air, Lord, we pray that you might fill them with a double portion of freon. Yea, though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, we will fear no humidity.
