Closing day for my buyers! I’m so grateful to have been part of this journey with you guys. Every home we toured you guys trusted your instincts and never wavered. Closing days are made up of memories made and new chapters beginning! I have literally enjoyed you both so much and shoutout to their incredible lender .mlo who made this an amazing experience for all of us. You really did everything you said you were going to do! In honor of the snow/ice that’s expected this weekend here’s a Nashville winter picture from days gone by. I hope everyone has essentials and protection from the outside elements. There are lots of shelters taking donations of blankets as well. I’m happy to drop off any donations in the next two days if you guys need me too just reach out. Some of our snow day favorites are board games, cards and dominoes, candlelight (the electricity is almost always out) and family near or far. If you don’t have people with you try and FaceTime someone you love. Remember it’s not the size of the house but the memories and joys shared. Everyone stay warm! Tonight we were able to go and enjoy one last dinner at
Hickory Falls in Smyrna. I have to admit I was choked up leaving. Losing a local staple at this time of year just makes me a little sad. After 21 years they are closing their doors at the end of this month. I am happy for the owners to be able to retire so not all around sad! Everyone go and support this locally owned business one last time if you can before the 27th of this month. Thank you for all of the great times and memories!
