We specialize in selling properties, both owner occupied and investment homes. In todays market, to properly sell a home, you must have an internet platform with which to launch and advertise your listings. A seller cannot achieve this themselves, it is too cumbersome and expensive to maintain. What they don't tell you is that true For Sale BY Owners only account for 2% of total sales. 98% of all

sales have a Real Estate Agent involved. Don't trust the 'We Buy Houses For Cash' schemes either. They try and use the phrase 'we save you real estate commissions', however they come in and offer you below market value, because how else are they going to turn a profit. Thats right, I get a commission to sell your home, the more I sell it for, the more my commission, hmmm. That kind of sounds like incentive to me. 'We Buy For Cash' goal is to buy low and sell high, kind of sounds like incentive to pay you less doesn't it? So always, always, always consult with a Realtor whether its me or another, our incentive is to sell for as much as we can, as quick as we can, which is really what your looking for anyway... Oh and be sure that agent is a listing specialist, not a Buyers Rep.
