🚨 Public Advisory Notice🚨
Due to a significant leak in our raw water supply, we are asking all Calvert City water users to voluntarily limit water usage over the next 48 hours while crews work to make repairs and the system recovers.
This is NOT a boil water advisory. The water remains safe to drink and use. However, conserving water is critical to allow the system time to rebuild its water supply after the repair is completed.
💧 Here are simple ways you can help: 💧
✅ Delay doing laundry and running dishwashers.
✅ Take shorter showers and turn off the water while shaving or brushing your teeth.
✅ Avoid washing vehicles or outdoor surfaces.
✅ Postpone filling swimming pools or hot tubs.
✅ Turn off irrigation systems or sprinklers.
✅ Fix any known leaks in your home promptly.
We 💦truly💦 appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Your help makes a big difference in keeping water service running smoothly for everyone. Updates will be provided as available.
