The story behind this sale is one of family, trust, and a new chapter.💙

These sellers were past clients who reached out when it was time to help her father-in-law sell the home he had loved for more than 20 years. After the loss of his wife, he had moved in with family, and it was time to let go of a home filled with memories.

Naturally, there were worries. Would the house sit on the market? Would it take forever to sell? Would the process add more stress during an already emotional season of life?
