About Our Business

Cicco Construction is a family oriented business that was established in 1983 in Annapolis, Maryland. Daniel and
Barbara Colacicco were a young couple starting a new family and in need of a new home. Daniel and Barbara had
a vision of a small construction company that could deliver quality and affordability to new home owners. Through
hard work and knowledge they built the

successful construction company known today as Cicco Construction. Myrtle Beach is the home of
Douglas and Betsy Colacicco, the son and daughter-in-law of Daniel and Barbara. Passing on their wisdom of construction and business has allowed their son, Douglas, to deliver affordable homes,
with the highest level of craftsmanship to home owners of the Grand Strand and its' surrounding communities. A graduate of Coastal Carolina University, with a degree in accounting and a degree in finance, Douglas is not just the
new president of Cicco Construction and it's top foreman, he is also a knowledgeable businessman. And, although
the business continues to expand, you can find Douglas on each job site, every working day. He forms a relationship
with every customer and provides a strong warranty for each home built, proving his dedication to his new home
