A few things I’d recommend taking care of early:
1. Handle the repairs you’ve been putting off.
Small issues can become distractions during showings and inspections.
2. Start decluttering.
Buyers need to see the space, not everything currently living in it.
3. Pay attention to curb appeal.
The first impression starts before a buyer ever walks through the front door.
4. Start thinking about your listing strategy.
Pricing, presentation, photography, timing, and marketing all work better when there’s a plan behind them.
The goal is to give yourself enough time to prepare the home properly rather
than making last-minute decisions.
If you’re thinking about listing, I’m happy to talk through what your home may need before it goes to market.
