This one was different. I worked closely with a wealth manager to help find the right investment for the buyer. The things I learned in this process are priceless.

Today I was named Rookie of the Year in my office. Pretty damn cool.

Thank you to everyone who trusted me to help buy, sell, or rent a home this past year. That trust means a lot.

Grateful for the leaders who answered my endless questions, the colleagues who let me assist or sent referrals, the team that helped get deals across the finish line, and my family for the constant support.

Helping a client rent out his condo… while he lives in France 🇫🇷

Within 3 days of showings, we had multiple applications and secured a qualified tenant for his Wheaton condo.

The previous tenants had been there 6+ years, so before listing we handled drywall repairs, fresh paint, a few replacements, and a professional cleaning.

Despite the time zone difference, we figured out the best way to communicate and got it done.

Smooth process. Happy client. Grateful for the opportunity.

And congratulations to the new tenants for securing this amazing rental.

Read this before you apply:

• Credit score matters
• Income should be 2.5–3x the rent
• Timing has to align
• First month + security deposit should be ready
• Be upfront about evictions

Preparation saves you time, money, and frustration.

And don’t automatically assume renting is your only path.
You might be closer to ownership than you think.
