🚨 Plot twist: This isn’t the transformation.

The outfit, the makeup, the hair…

That’s just my routine.

The real transformation happens the moment I remember who I’m getting ready to be.

Someone’s guide.

Someone’s advocate.

Someone’s biggest believer.

Someone’s calm in the middle of a really overwhelming season.

Every morning, I get the privilege of stepping into conversations that might help someone buy their first home, sell the place they’ve loved for years, build a business that gives them their life back, or finally believe they’re capable of something bigger.

That’s not something I ever want to take for granted.

Because my job has never really been about houses.

Or coaching.

It’s about showing up as the kind of person who helps others believe there’s a way forward.

If someone walks away from a conversation with me feeling a little more hopeful, a little more confident, and a little more certain about what’s possible…

Then I know I became who I needed to be today.

✨ Has someone ever been that turning point for you? Tell me about them in the comments—I think they deserve a little recognition today.

🚨 My coach told me to niche down to autistic Realtors… and I said no.

Not because I think she’s wrong.

Actually, I think she’s onto something.

I just couldn’t explain why I hesitated.

After thinking about it, I finally realized what I was trying to say.

I sold more than 350 homes before I ever knew I was autistic.

The systems I’m teaching today were born because I had to figure out things that never came naturally to me.

Having conversations.
Building rapport.
Reading emotions.
Following up consistently.
Creating client experiences that felt personal instead of scripted.

Those weren’t skills I was naturally gifted at.

They were skills I intentionally learned.

I think about it like basketball.

Some people are born with natural talent.

Others spend thousands of extra hours in the gym because they want it just as badly.

Both can become incredible players.

One just had to be more intentional about how they got there.

That’s how I see this program.

Yes, it was built by an autistic Realtor.

Yes, I think autistic and neurodivergent Realtors will absolutely see themselves in it.

But what I’m creating is bigger than that.

Because if I’m honest…

I wouldn’t teach anyone to build the business I built before.

It worked.

It also required me to constantly push through my nervous system, always be “on,” and sacrifice more of myself than I ever want someone else to sacrifice.

This program isn’t about teaching people to mask better.

It’s about teaching the skills that helped me succeed while building a business that works with your nervous system instead of constantly fighting against it.

Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, neurodivergent, or simply someone who’s always felt like you had to work twice as hard to master the people side of this business…

You don’t have to rely on natural talent.

You can build systems that create confidence, trust, and incredible client experiences.

And I think that’s a message a whole lot more people need to hear.

💛 Now I want to hear from you. What’s one part of your business that seemed to come naturally to everyone else—but you had to intentionally learn? Drop it in the comments. I have a feeling your answer is going to make someone else feel seen.

I think Realtors have become obsessed with staying top of mind.

Posting more.
Emailing more.
Calling more.

Trying to prove they’re the hardest-working agent in the room.
But what if that’s the wrong goal?

What if the real goal isn’t to stay top of mind...
It’s to become the easiest person to trust.

I’ve been thinking a lot about what actually creates that feeling.

It isn’t answering your phone at 10:00 p.m.

It isn’t dropping everything every time a client texts.

And it definitely isn’t trying to become a mind reader.

It’s building a process that’s so intentional that your clients rarely have to wonder what’s happening in the first place.

Think about it.

Buying or selling a home is something most people will only do a handful of times in their lives.

You do it every day.

They don’t know what questions to ask.

They don’t know what’s coming next.

They don’t know what they don’t know.

That’s why I believe one of the greatest gifts we can give our clients isn’t more information.

It’s less uncertainty.

What if they never had to wonder when they’d hear from you?

What if they already knew what the next step was before they had to ask?

What if they felt so supported that they could stop trying to manage the transaction themselves and simply experience it?

That’s the kind of client experience I’m interested in creating.

Not one that depends on me being available 24/7.

One that’s built on intentional systems that consistently make people feel informed, prepared, and genuinely cared for.

Because here’s what I’ve learned.

The most trusted Realtors aren’t the ones who are always reacting.

They’re the ones who have thoughtfully designed a process that keeps their clients from feeling lost in the first place.

I’m curious...

What’s one thing you do that helps your clients feel more at ease during the buying or selling process?

Everyone keeps telling Realtors to generate more leads.

But what if the biggest opportunity isn’t finding more people to talk to?

What if it’s helping more of the people you’re already talking to feel confident enough to move forward?

That’s the shift I’ve been obsessed with.

For years, I thought the best agents were simply better with people.

Then I realized something that completely changed the way I approached my business.

The agents creating incredible client experiences weren’t relying on natural charisma.

They had a way of making people feel understood, confident, and safe.

Whether they realized it or not, they had a process.

The moment I stopped trying to “wing it” and started becoming intentional with my conversations, everything changed.

Not because I suddenly became more outgoing.

Because I became more consistent.

I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Do you think most Realtors have a lead problem…or a trust problem?

07/20/2026

Confession: I literally had to create a cheat code for being human.

No, really.

When I first got into sales, everyone kept saying, “Just build rapport.”

Cool…

HOW?

Nobody could explain it.

As someone with a neurodivergent brain, reading the room, knowing what to ask next, figuring out how to keep conversations flowing, and making people feel comfortable didn’t come naturally to me. It felt like everyone else had been handed a playbook that I somehow missed.

So I built my own.

I stopped trying to rely on instinct and started creating systems. Conversation frameworks. Questions. Processes. A repeatable way to build trust that didn’t depend on me magically knowing the right thing to say.

And something unexpected happened.

The better I got at building rapport, the less selling I had to do.

Because here’s the truth…

Sales isn’t convincing people to buy.

Sales is solving problems.

But you’ll never get the chance to solve someone’s problem if you can’t create a conversation that lasts long enough to discover what they actually need.

That’s why I believe rapport isn’t a personality trait.

It’s a skill.

And skills can be learned.

Whether you’re neurodivergent or not, having a framework takes away so much of the guesswork. It gives you confidence, creates better conversations, and helps the people you’re talking to feel seen instead of sold.

That one change completely transformed the way I do business, and it’s the foundation of everything I teach today.

So I’m curious…

Were you born naturally good at talking to people, or did you have to learn it too? Tell me in the comments.

07/20/2026

The person with the most confidence often wins… even when they’re not the most qualified.

Read that again.

Today I had a conversation that I can’t stop thinking about.

After a client walk through, I was talking with a friend who recently applied for a job. The posting clearly said a bachelor’s degree was required.

She has an associate’s degree.

Most people would have talked themselves out of applying before they ever hit submit.

She didn’t.

During the interview they asked why she applied when she didn’t meet the education requirement.

Her answer?

“Because I have the skills you need.”

No apology.
No explanation.
No trying to convince them she was “good enough.”

Just confidence backed by experience.

The company paused, changed the job description from requiring a bachelor’s degree to requiring an associate’s degree plus relevant experience, and hired her.

That conversation stuck with me because I see the same thing happen in real estate every single day.

The agents who consistently earn business aren’t always the ones with the most awards, the most years in the industry, or the fanciest marketing.

They’re the ones who confidently communicate the value they bring.

And here’s what most people miss…

Confidence doesn’t just help you win the client.

It creates a better experience after they hire you.

When your clients believe you’re confident in your process, they become more confident in their decisions. They panic less. They trust the guidance you give them. They aren’t constantly wondering if they’re making the right move.

Confidence is contagious.

Whether you’re interviewing for your dream job, leading a client through one of the biggest financial decisions of their life, or asking for the opportunity to earn someone’s business, people are buying more than your qualifications.

They’re buying confidence that you can help them get where they want to go.

So now I’m curious…

When has confidence made the difference between earning the opportunity and missing it? Share your story below. I’d love to hear it.
