🥂 As we head into the new year.
One of the most meaningful transactions I worked on at the end of 2025 was representing the buyer in this $3,000,000 off-market purchase in Fiddler’s Creek.
I don’t always share things in real time — there’s often a lot happening behind the scenes — but this transaction was one I’m really proud of. It reinforced how much timing, market knowledge, and strong negotiation matter, especially in today’s market — where prepared buyers still have meaningful leverage.
When done right, off-market opportunities can position buyers with immediate value that simply isn’t available scrolling Zillow.
