Our happiness meter was through the roof yesterday at our fun little party! We enjoyed a yummy variety of salads, entrees and 🍨🥧desserts. There never seems to be enough room on our plates for everything!
Then, we had a blast while playing a "Pictionary " type game. Let's just say, we don't have any Rembrants in our village! But it was fun!
To cap the evening, Veronica Salley taught the ladies some belly 🕺 👯‍♂️ 💃 dancing moves!
And to top it off, it was Joe Giantonio 's birthday so we helped him celebrate 🥳.
Oh! What a night! Let's do it again!

Market update:
Currently there are three active listings in our community. All are the "Laurel" floor plan (interior units).
Two are in Building Two. One is second floor and has had some updating and is listed at $234,900.00. The other is ground floor and has had no updating and is listed at $199,500.00.
The third is in Building Four and has been updated and is listed at $234,900.00.
The last two sales were 215K and 244K, a Laurel and a Cypress respectively.
