Dan.Ko Properties LLC is looking for a reliable local handyman or maintenance technician to assist with residential and commercial maintenance concerns on an on-call / per-job basis.

Expected call volume is light overall:

Average 2–4 calls per month
Heavier volume during seasonal changes

📌 We are seeking someone experienced with diagnostics and troubleshooting in:

*HVAC
*Boilers
*Water Heaters
*Plumbing
*Electrical

📌 Requirements:

*Reliable transportation
*Own tools
*Good communication
*Ability to respond to most maintenance calls within 12–24 hours
*Professional and respectful with residents and neighbors

Licensed and insured preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

Most work is located in the West Allis / Milwaukee area. We also have offices in Nashotah and a property in Watertown.

We are looking for someone dependable and interested in building a long-term working relationship.
