What an amazing week it's been! My sweet clients are UNDER CONTRACT!

They reached out to me over a year ago to buy. We set up a plan and we checked in every now and then to see what changed and how we would approach the timing.

I set them up with a lender to meet their needs and get the pre-approval for the timeline we needed.

This home was off market and coming soon and I sent it to them immediately. I knew they would love it based on all of our conversations and their wish list.
