🌟 Member Monday: Lindsey Wyatt 🌟

Lindsey Wyatt’s path to multifamily is anything but traditional.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Lindsey moved to Nashville in 2016. Before property management, she spent her career as a professional traveling musician and motivational speaker. Those experiences allowed her to meet people from all walks of life and helped her discover a zest for leading, connecting, and inspiring others.

For the past seven years, Lindsey has brought those skills into property management. Today, she serves as a Community Manager with Carter Haston Real Estate Services and is especially passionate about training, team development, and helping others build their careers.

She’s also deeply involved in the GNAA community. Lindsey is a 2026 Leadership Lyceum candidate, currently nominated for Property Manager of the Year at the 2026 Diamond Awards, and is running for Management Representative on the GNAA Board of Directors. 🌟

Through each of these opportunities, Lindsey is using her experience and voice to advocate for multifamily professionals and help strengthen the industry she’s become so passionate about.

Last year, our team assembled these Disaster Recovery Kits as part of our Doing Good in the Neighborhood initiative. Seeing them now in the hands of families impacted by tragedy is a reminder that acts of service can have a lasting impact.

April 20 in Austin, Texas ⭐️

Night one of the Carter-Haston Annual Leadership Conference kicked off with The All-Access Headliners Welcome at La Condesa, and it was the perfect way to start the week.

From modern Mexican cuisine and tequila tastings to live music, tarot readings, and a caricature artist drawing our team throughout the evening, the night brought the spirit of Austin into every detail.

One of the best parts of conference is getting everyone together in one place. Time to reconnect, catch up, celebrate, and enjoy being together outside of the day-to-day.

The Welcome Dinner really set the tone for what “All Access. All In.” was all about throughout the week: connection, energy, and showing up for each other.📸💚

We’re excited to celebrate three well-deserved promotions on our Investments team 👏

▪️Clayton Williams: Managing Director
Clayton joined Carter-Haston in 2016 and now leads key efforts across acquisition sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, debt placement and closings, while continuing to support fundraising initiatives.
▪️Tal Keel: Portfolio Manager
Tal will help oversee portfolio performance for Fund V and support the launch of Fund VI, while serving as a key connection point between investments and asset management.
▪️Kevin Cramer: Associate Director
Kevin joined the firm in 2022 and continues to play an important role on the Investments team, with acquisition coverage across Texas, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
