There are so many benefits to investing in real estate! These are our Top Five:

5 - Appreciation! While not guaranteed, appreciation can mean more money in your pocket without much effort on your part.

4 - Equity! By the time you pay off the mortgage or property loan, you will own the asset outright.

3 - Hedge against inflation! As the cost of goods and services increase, the price of your property doesn't increase with everything else.

2 - Tax Advantages! There are multiple ways to reduce or delay taxes owed by property owners.

1 - Cash Flow! As long as you earn more money in rental income than you owe in expenses, you will have positive cash flow.
