This one was definitely a journey. We looked at a lot of homes, worked through a few bumps along the way, and stayed persistent through every step of the process. In the end, everything came together and they officially closed on their new home!

We honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to this country, and we hold close the families who carry that sacrifice every single day. Their courage is the reason we get to enjoy the life, liberty, and opportunities we often take for granted. ❤️🤍💙

As a real estate agent along the Gulf Coast—from Pensacola to Navarre and beyond—I get to help people build new chapters of their lives. But days like today remind me that home is more than a place… it’s something that exists because others were willing to protect it. 🏡

From Colorado to Florida... and all without ever stepping foot in the house until closing day. 🌴🏡

My buyers just closed on a charming 1950s home in Pace, Florida after a fully virtual home search from across the country. We toured homes together through video calls, narrowed down the perfect fit, and navigated every step remotely, except closing. Though the closing could have been done remotely, they elected to drive down and do their final walkthrough in the morning, and close in the office in the afternoon on closing day.

Like many older homes, this one came with a few repair hurdles along the way, but after some solid negotiations, we were able to get the needed repairs completed and bring everything across the finish line successfully.

Huge congratulations to these new Florida homeowners as they begin their next chapter on the Gulf Coast. ☀️
