Diversified Property Specialist

WRS Property Management is seeking an enthusiastic and self driven individual with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities would include cleaning vacant units, quality assurance inspections prior to tenants moving in and presenting the apartment to tenants at move in as well as providing keys and other necessary items at that time. Our properties are generally located in Brown, Winnebago and Outagamie counties. We also have a limited number of units in the New London, Shawano and Manawa areas. The units located outside of the Fox Valley have limited turnovers and are paid at a higher rate as well as travel cost. Move-ins and inspections that take place in the Fox Valley are paid per occurrence at $40 each and typically take 10-20 minutes. Cleaning of the units is paid by the hour $20-25 and each unit can vary on the length of time depending on the circumstances. Move-ins are generally scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM and on Saturdays between the hours of 9 AM and 12 PM. Move-in times are scheduled about one to two weeks in advance. Inspections and cleaning are flexible and we give a window of a week or so when they need to be completed.
