I’ve noticed some new faces around here lately, so I thought it was time to reintroduce myself! 👋🏼

I’m Amber Roeder, a licensed REALTOR® in both Ohio and West Virginia with Harvey Goodman.

Real estate is my career, but it’s definitely not all of who I am. I’m a wife, mom of two, dog mom to a small Pomsky army 😂, cancer survivor, follower of Jesus, and someone who genuinely loves homes, decorating, rearranging furniture far too often, and helping people through big seasons of life.

I work with buyers and sellers throughout Ohio and West Virginia—from first time buyers to selling the home where a family has made years of memories.

One thing I never want my business to feel like is just another transaction. Buying or selling a home can be exciting, stressful, emotional, and sometimes all three in the same day. My goal is to be someone you can actually call, ask questions, laugh with, vent to, and trust to tell you the truth throughout the process.
