Another bathroom repair wrapped up! 🔨🚿

This client had a water leak from the shower head that caused damage to the surrounding plaster and drywall.

I removed the shower panel, installed a new shower valve and trim, made the necessary drywall and plaster repairs, then reinstalled the shower panel, corner niche, and shower door. Finished everything off with fresh caulk for a clean, sealed finish.

Another basement space transformed! 🔨

I turned this client’s unfinished storage room into a finished space to display memorabilia and neatly hang cycling equipment.

This project included framing and drywall, an epoxy floor, sprayed open ceiling, new trim, and updated lighting.

🔨 Garage Jamb Repair

Water damage can cause major problems when openings aren’t properly flashed. On this garage, missing flashing allowed water to get trapped behind the siding, eventually rotting the wood around the garage door.

For this repair, I:

* Removed the siding and trim around the damaged area
* Removed the rotted garage jamb top and sides
* Installed new jambs
* Added aluminum flashing and wrapped the jamb to properly shed water
* Reinstalled the siding and trim

Not just replacing the damaged wood—fixing the source of the problem to help prevent it from happening again.
