If youā€™ve been watching homes in your area sit and thinking, ā€œmaybe this is just a terrible time to sell,ā€ I get it.
But I also donā€™t think days on market tell the whole story.
Two houses can hit the market in the same neighborhood, at the same time, and have completely different outcomes based on how they were prepared, positioned, priced, and launched.
Thatā€™s the part I wish more sellers knew.
A slower market just means the details matter more!!

1. negotiate $15k price swing through text while waiting in line at the store

2. eat a full lunch or dinner while driving 70mph - usually granola bars or cold leftovers

3. meet a stranger at a vacant home

4. spend 6 months driving over 100 miles showing houses to someone only to hear ā€œwe decided to rentā€

5. Calmly manage my clients high-stakes emotional meltdowns

For most people, thats absolutely crazy, but itā€™s just another dayšŸ˜…
