Very sad indeed

This isn’t an easy post to write, but Pinky’s is officially closing its doors.

To everyone who has supported us, shared a drink with friends, danced at pinkys after dark, enjoyed live music, or simply stopped by to say hello, thank you.

We’ll forever be grateful for the memories and the community that grew here.

While this chapter is coming to an end, we’re proud of what Pinky’s became and the connections that were made here along the way.

🏡 Another step closer… 🔑

The last few days before closing can feel like a whirlwind. There are phone calls, emails, documents, timelines, and a lot of moving pieces that all have to come together at just the right time.

Today brought another big milestone:

✅ The sale has recorded
✅ We are clear to close on the purchase

We’re not at the finish line quite yet, but we’re close. Really close. 💛

It’s exciting to see everything coming together after weeks of planning, coordinating, and working through all the details.

One of the most important parts of my job during moments like this is keeping all those moving pieces organized so my clients can focus on what's ahead instead of worrying about what's happening behind the scenes.

Tomorrow, we trade paperwork for keys and start the next chapter. 🏡✨

What a great opportunity to have some input in what goes on in our town!!

The 2026-2035 Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Programs (MTIPs) identify state and federally funded transportation investments within the New Bern Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Area.

Amendment 10 removes various public transit projects at the request of the Integrated Mobility Division.

This Amendment will enable transportation projects to continue to move through the planning, design, right-of-way, and construction phases. Public comments will be received through June 10, 2026.
