Story time!!

Permission to share: Granted. ❤️

What an absolute honor it has been to be the Realtor chosen to walk alongside these two during such a significant chapter of their lives.

Sometimes, life calls for tough transitions. At 97 years young (I can't believe it either), this amazing woman reached a point where she needed a little extra daily help. Because her "younger" brother (84 years young himself!) lived over an hour away, the difficult decision was made to move her closer to him so he could check in on her daily—which he does religiously. Such a good brother with so much love for his sister.

Overcoming the Hurdles ~
Stepping in to help sell a beloved home of 40+ years is a massive undertaking. It’s more than just bricks and mortar; it’s a lifetime of memories. These transactions require a lot of support, patience, and understanding. To add to the challenge, this brother is a "pen and paper" man—no digital signatures here!

He was fully prepared to drive over an hour each way every time a document needed a signature. I was not going to let that happen. Nope—I’ve got you! Partnered with a title company just a few miles from his house. He was beside himself that I’d go that extra mile for him, but honestly? It’s what I do. My job is to make this journey easier, not harder.

A Promise Kept ~
My goal was to help them navigate this bittersweet transition, but the brother had one very specific vision for the finish line: He wanted to give his sister a "big check." Not just figuratively, but literally.

I promised him we would make that happen. A promise is a promise and as his trusted Realtor, I showed up to our closing with a "literal" giant check to present to her! In that moment, she was so overwhelmed with gratitude—for her brother’s unwavering support.

I am a firm believer that you are placed exactly where you are needed in this world.

I don’t believe in accidents; I believe those who are meant to find you, will.

Better Late Than Never! 🎀✨
I am officially "social media challenged" because I’m just now sharing this from a month ago! LOL. I’ve been so busy with my amazing sellers that I’m way behind on my posting game, but this was too much fun not to share. 🤦‍♀️

I was so incredibly honored to be asked back to teach a Gift Basket Making Class for a group of our local marketing managers! While I’m usually focused on listing strategies and getting homes sold, I absolutely love tapping into my creative side.

The Highlights:

Sharing the "Art": I’m not sure I’d call it high art, but I truly love sharing all my little tips and tricks to make a basket look professional!

The Creations: Everyone did such a phenomenal job—they all walked away with a gorgeous, custom creation.

The Company: It is always a privilege to spend time with such a talented group of professionals.

The Heart of It:
Whether I’m helping a seller prep their home for a successful sale or teaching the secret to a perfectly tied bow, I feel so lucky to do what I love.
