Some properties aren’t just transactions—they are genuinely meant to cross your path.
This home sat on the market for 382 days with another agent before the seller reached out to relist with me. After over a year of zero results, they had naturally grown a bit discouraged and felt stuck, unsure if they'd ever be able to move on to their next chapter.

To say the seller was shocked is an understatement, but honestly, I was a little sad it moved so fast! Getting to know them throughout this process was a true blessing. What started as a real estate listing quickly turned into a lifelong friendship—one of those chance encounters that I personally needed far more than I realized.
